A PERSONAL LETTER

From Darren & Allison

Dear reader,
We set up Gloo Fitness for those people suffering from metabolic syndrome, for those who feel addicted to food, for type 2 diabetics and for those of you who could be classified as serial dieters, who self-sabotage and who feel desperate to lose weight and improve their health and well-being.

We help people with typically 2-5 stone to lose. Those who are attracted to our programs typically feel fed up with their struggle, understand they need more than just another diet or fitness plan and feel fearful they'll never be able to lose weight and keep it off long-term.

If this is you, no matter what you've done before the following three keys will likely apply to you.

Key One - If you've been gaining not losing weight the chances are your body isn't and can't currently use your stored body fat as fuel. If you regularly pick and snack during the day or consume packaged foods, croissants, bread, pasta, cakes, biscuits, chocolate or alcohol your body is using what you eat as fuel rather than your stored body fat.

You will need to teach your body to start burning fats as fuel rather than the foods you consume. We accomplish this by focusing on eating real foods, avoiding ultra-processed foods and refined carbohydrates for a while and avoiding snacking at all between meals. This will help you body to begin to convert into one better able to burn body fat.

Key Two - If you crave certain foods or just can't seem to have one since one always becomes many, or you can't go for more than one day without a particular food - you may well be suffering from a partial-addition.

You will need to identify the foods involved and situations in which they occur and completely abstain from them for a while.

Key Three - If you always seem to fall back to pre-set. If you find yourself giving up whenever things start to go astray. If you seem to chop and change plans like all the time, you'll need to work on your mindset.

You will need the accountability, discipline and proper support to make changes that will stick.

We hope we get to meet you.
