ABOUT OUR FOUNDERS
Why we do what we do
Founders Allison and Darren created Gloo Fitness out of pure frustration with both the weight loss and fitness industries.
Millions of people struggle today because of their negative experience with yo-yo dieting and the diet-based mentality they now possess.
People all around the world fear a traditional gym environment and are overwhelmed and completely intimidated to even get started.
As professional coaches they know and have a proven track record in the science of behaviour change and habit psychology.
When you combine the power of psychology with that of flexible nutrition and time-efficient exercise, everything changes.
When you shift your priorities and learn to stop stopping and so stick to what you start - you have the magic formula to sustainable weight loss in your pocket.
Darren and Allison are on a mission to transform as many people's lives as they can over the next ten years. Gloo Fitness is the beginning of a studio franchise with their Gloo App and online coaching helping their clients finally accomplish what they have not been able to accomplish in the past. With their 100% online program too, everyone can get involved and finally get their mojo back and live their best life with confidence.
