How it works
1. We always begin with a chat. To make sure we are a good fit, first.
✅ Book a call - 10-15 mins to talk through your situation and discuss the program more fully.
✅ Invitation to pop into the studio - Take a look around and run through the details of how the programs work and which might best work for you.
2. Complete your 10 week challenge with us.
✅ Exercise - A mix of one-to-one and small group personal training with daily cardio classes to ease into fitness with confidence. Not a "gym" where you are left to your own devices.
✅ Nutrition - Everything you need to accelerate your body's ability to better burn body fat - real food, proven over many years!
✅ Accountability - Encouragement and a gentle kick up the bum when you need it. BodyScans along the journey to ensure consistent progress.
