Weeks 1-2
✅ Onboarding Week. 2x One hour coaching sessions to architect the plan+ BodyScan to assess your body composition and metabolic health.
✅ Metabolic Kick-Start. Two weeks of high compliance eating to convert your body into a fat burning machine + 2x one-to-one personal training sessions.
Weeks 3-10
✅ Choose 2x week 1-1 or small group personal training - resistance training to boost your metabolism, improve bone health, joint strength and muscles definition.
✅ Access a full timetable of daily cardio - including core, mobility and stretch classes.
✅ Reviews and BodyScans - 5 Week and End of Challenge BodyScan and Review to review and adjust for best results.
✅ Personal Accountability. 3x private coaching calls to ensure diet and nutrition is on-point. Deal with obstacles and roadblocks along the journey.
