TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Definitions In this document - the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • "Studio" refers to Gloo Fitness Studio.

  • "Member" refers to any individual who has completed registration and holds an active membership.

  • "Credits" refer to the units used to book fitness classes.

  • "Classes" refer to group personal training sessions, including cardio, studio resistance, and gym resistance.

  • "1:1 Services" refer to personal training sessions for individuals or partners.

  • "We/Us/Our" refers to Gloo Fitness Studio.

2. Registration

  • Membership registration must be completed through the studio’s online booking system.

  • By registering, members agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

3. Booking and Cancellation of Fitness Classes

  • Cardio classes (30 minutes) require 1 credit and allow up to 14 participants.

  • Studio resistance classes require 2 credits and allow up to 12 participants.

  • Gym resistance classes require 4 credits and allow up to 6 participants.

  • Members receive a set number of credits per week based on their membership tier.

  • Credits renew weekly and can be used to book any combination of classes.

  • Membership can be upgraded (or downgraded on request).

  • Membership downgrades or cancellations require a two-week notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before a class will result in the loss of credits, but the place will be made available to others.

  • Purchased credits are non-refundable.

  • The same booking and cancellation rules apply to 1:1 and partner personal training sessions.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Membership fees must be paid in accordance with the chosen membership tier.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • Members may use their credits beyond their renewal date and so book classes in advance.

  • Where clients are not able to access the studio for whatever reason credits do not carry over to the next week. However, members can use their credits to book further in advance.

  • Whenever their are remaining credits in members account on weekly renewal their account will only be topped up to their weekly credit amount. 

5. Eligibility to Take a Fitness Class

  • Members must be at least 16 years old.

  • Members must complete a health and fitness questionnaire before attending classes.

  • The studio reserves the right to refuse participation based on health concerns.

6. Fitness, Health, and Safety

  • Members must inform instructors of any medical conditions or injuries.

  • The studio is not liable for injuries resulting from class participation.

  • Members are responsible for using equipment safely and following instructor guidance.

7. Rules

  • Members must check in upon arrival.

  • Respect for staff, trainers, and fellow members is required.

  • Proper workout attire must be worn at all times.

  • Personal belongings must be stored safely; the studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

8. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

  • The studio is not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The studio’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  • We are not responsible for injuries, lost property, or service disruptions outside our control.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • The studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with reasonable notice.

  • Members will be notified of changes via email or the online booking system.

11. How We Use Your Personal Information (Data Protection)

  • We comply with data protection laws and only use personal information for membership administration and service improvements.

  • We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.

12. Regulations

  • Members must comply with all local health and safety regulations.

  • The studio reserves the right to remove members who violate regulations.

13. Information

  • Any questions about these terms should be directed to the studio’s customer service team.

14. Complaints

  • Complaints must be submitted in writing to studio management for review.

15. No Waiver

  • Failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of that term.

16. Severance

  • If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Law and Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

  • Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.

18. Holiday

  • Payment holidays can be requested in writing with 2 week’s notice for 2 weeks or more.

  • Whilst on a payment break (holiday) members cannot attend classes at the studio.

Opening Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 05:30 - 20:30

  • Saturday: 07:00 - 12:00
