Q: I've been exercising more but nothing's been changing on the scale - will this work for me? 

A: Absolutely, a nutrition jump-start is essential to fire up your metabolism and realign the hormones that control fat loss whatever your situation but especially if results are slow.

Q: I'm a vegetarian, will this work for me? 

A: Yes, but we prefer an open mindset about the importance of meat, fish, eggs and dairy not just fruit and vegetables. Of course, we are sensitive to more moral reasons for your choices. However, some supplementation will be required. 

Q: Is the food on this program expensive?
