A 30-day deep dive into why you struggle and how to free yourself for good.

This is a 6 week course that kicks off with an intensive 30-day look into your behaviours and habits as well as the resistance that exists about making changes that last. We then have a 2-week follow up call to hold you to your new commitments. This is Zoom-based with 1-to-1 coaching to finally deal with what stops you getting to grips with your food and drink and therefore weight for good.
